Web training module 2024/25
(in Italian with live French translation)
Authority issues and patterns
Family, group and organization
The main patterns of interaction
Roberta PRATO PREVIDE
Member of the Center for Strategic Therapy
directed by Prof. Giorgio Nardone
This training explores the different models of interaction within families and organizations from a systemic and strategic perspective to intervene on redundant and dysfunctional authority patterns.
Description
This 2-session module aims to identify patterns of interaction in the family context and to study how they are structured in order to apply them specifically in the organizational setting. The module alternates short theoretical parts with concrete applications on cases prepared ad hoc or brought by the participants.
This module puts the student in a position to apply the learning related to authority models and the systemic-strategic model at the individual level, in sub-groups and in plenary. The recurring patterns illustrated are: communication, relationship, rules, meanings and consequences; through this prism, the main patterns of interaction ranging from overprotection to authoritarianism are analyzed. Another important aspect of the course is the operational awareness of one's own patterns and of recurring and redundant patterns of interaction.
The students are confronted with concrete cases and confront their observations and hypotheses in order to integrate and apply the main concepts of the approach, the elements of the frame of reference and the different characteristics of the intervention (diagrams and models, etc. ).
These courses will be given in Italian with simultaneous oral translation into French.
