I am going to present some data to you, reflecting our activity to all who use the tool and are coders. Initially, elements on our activity of encoding, in the second time on our activity of practitioners.
These first results are limited by the force of things since our database includes 150 completed appointments but we are in a phase of quality control, identification of recording errors and overall improvement of our collective work.
encoding activity
Regarding the encoding activity, 56 of the encoders are partners. We count 11 new ones while 5 were withdrawn from the base because they lacked the time to carry out this demanding exercise.
In number of appointments, we are at 2,220 encoded, which correspond to 634 contacts having given rise to interventions. At this stage, the average number of appointments per patient treated is not necessarily meaningful.
Lact Research partners encoded 1/3 of all appointments:
25 of them entered less than 5 appointments
10 encoded between 5 and 10 appointments
7 between 10 and 20 appointments
8 between 20 and 50 appointments
6 beyond 50 appointments.
The weekly average of appointments is 29.
The split between private activity and business activity is 50/50.
However, a bias is possible, because business coaching may have been considered and encoded in the form of a "private" client.
Practitioner's activity
Of all the people seen, the most represented dimension of the diagnosis is "problems with oneself" for which communication and psychological relationships constitute an interesting response.
If we now look at the results on the basis of "last appointments" encoded as such, the base is reduced to 145 exploited cases. And of those 145 cases, 87% have been resolved or improved.
If we go deeper into the results of these 145 cases, we identify 13 cases relating to “self-confidence”. Of these 13 cases, 7 are resolved, 3 are improved, 3 have not been resolved.
I would remind you that in order to be able to produce these results, it is in our interest to properly inform the last appointments in the closing appointments.
External communication objective
The content of the article we plan to publish is as follows
- presentation of the research partners, of the tool and its use, reaffirmation of what we have decided to act to be identified as partners in daily life and occupational health
- explanation of the method, of its differences compared to other forms of therapy, point on the encoding tool, construction of biases, issues. It is in fact a question of "opening the hood and showing how the engine works" and this, by highlighting the results obtained.
What we want is to attract health professionals to work in cooperation with them.
