Putting business performance and goals back in the foreground
Our diagnosis: the loss of economic sense leads to a loss of sense of work and therefore in the situation studied - and this was our speech to the
occupational doctor in particular:
« it is not because we are suffering that we are not performing,
it is because we are not performing that we are suffering».
Hence the need to put the performance and objectives of the struggling agency back in the foreground and to frame everything in relation to that.
We very often encounter a large deficit at this level in the situations in which we intervene.
This is the reason why we encourage you to frame and discuss a seminar around future projects and specific objectives.
It seems important to us to be able to help the director to also frame his action around these elements, and also upstream of this type of intervention, to frame the overall objectives (to assess whether or not they are reasonable in the context) with management, this type of point of view depending primarily more on management than on human resources, in terms of positioning.
