"I'm fed up": testimony from a LACT workshop
In a company, a human relations manager testified:
Today, 70% of employees say “I'm fed up”!
They have the feeling of a leaden screed in their company, lock themselves in their office, wait, in short contribute to perpetuate a general ambient gloom, very contagious and which talks.
But they are not absent: there is fear, no work stoppages and very little turnover in the end.
When they come to see me, I manage to remobilize them by practicing a lot of listening but without having the means to do much in reality.
