Ericksonian hypnosis is more than a technique, it is the cornerstone of the practice of so-called strategic brief therapies. The handling of Ericksonian hypnosis, also called conversational hypnosis, aims above all to bring about change.

Milton Erickson has dedicated his life to thinking about strategies for change so that his patients can be free from their problems. He quickly became interested in hypnosis and his work renewed the way of practicing hypnosis, from the second half of the 20th century . He is considered the father of brief therapies

This interactive training for practitioners wishing to understand the tools and techniques of hypnosis as part of an interactional approach . It also offers the possibility, as a practitioner, of developing a good quality of presence, to better capture the present moment, here and now, and guide the patient towards his resources .

"Techniques in hypnosis as in brief therapy are thought of as relational techniques because they take on meaning in a dimension of interaction: the use of dissociated language, strategic questions, metaphors, focusing on sensory feelings or on movements, therapeutic tasks, are actions that set the relationship in motion."

Julien Betbeze (psychiatrist, practitioner in hypnosis and brief therapies, specialist in the narrative model. Editor-in-chief of the journal Hypnose et Thérapies Brèves. Pedagogical adviser and trainer for the Hypnosis Masters at LACT).

      Description

The foundations level of the Master in Hypnosis includes 60 hours of classes, 3 individual supervisions, approximately 60 hours of personal work, a 147-hour internship and a formalization of practice thesis to be written and supported.

It aims to deepen the links between the different worlds of hypnosis, through the founding contributions of Milton Erickson, Salvador Minuchin, Jay Haley in current clinical practice at the service of the interactional dynamics of the individual and families.

These modules aim to acquire an approach that connects you intimately to your patient in an approach that combines rigor and intuition, voice and gaze, sensations and relationships, applied to the most common relational psychopathologies.

      • 100% online, it alternates face-to-face half-days, individual and collective supervision, individual or sub-group working time.
      • The courses are provided by international trainers from the medical world and scientific research.
      • The learning is centered on practice: simulations, role plays, exercises, case studies and live supervisions.

      Formation's goal

Master the tools and techniques of Ericksonian hypnosis within the framework of an interactional approach.

Skills acquired at the end of the training

      • Deploy hypnotic strategies appropriate to the psychopathologies of everyday life using the techniques and tools of hypnosis and Ericksonian self-hypnosis in order to relieve the patient's suffering and stimulate their autonomy
      • Mastering one's posture as a speaker and one's hypnotic communication using techniques of induction, dissociation and reassociation in order to reinforce the patient's cooperation in the process of change
      • Enrich their learning with the help of their practice self-observation tools in order to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their interventions.
