      1st axiom _ :

      We cannot not communicate.

      We communicate through words and gestures. We must be attentive to what others say about ourselves.

      Non-verbal aspects:

      • first impression
      • eye contact
      • proximity
      • smile

      The non-verbal should be used as a traffic light: green – orange – red

       

       

       2nd axiom :

      Every communication must have content and a relationship.
      Content and relationship interact with each other.

      3rd axiom :

      The nature of a relationship depends on the punctuation of the communication sequences between the partners.

      How to properly punctuate sequences of events.

      The sequences can be punctuated differently and the nature of the relationship will be decisive depending on the choice of punctuation.
