      Systemician® - relationship clinician®

      Exercising the profession of relational clinical systemician means accompanying relational and psychological difficulties, individual or collective, in different areas of society.
      The acquisition of this job requires training of 500 hours and 3 years minimum : training systemic approach


      This job is available in several specializations:
      generalist systemician / health systemician / strategic coach systemician / hypno-practitioner systemician

      SYSTEMIC PRACTICE, QUESTIONING & LISTENING

      • Know how to apply the theories of cybernetic-systemic complexity.
      • Know how to develop a non-normative and non-stigmatizing intervention. 
      • Knowing how to set up an intervention framework centered on communication and interaction. 
      • Knowing how to listen and analyze problematic situations from an interactional point of view.
      • Identify interactional dynamics in terms of information.
      • Identify and work with the members of the system concerned by the problem, at a given time.  
      • Conduct a multidirectional exploration centered on interactions.

      • Know how to identify and use the different modes of communication (verbal, paraverbal and non-verbal).
      • Know how to arouse and bring to life a corrective emotional experience.
      • Know how to consolidate the results obtained by the client.

      • Assuming to be included in the therapeutic system by claiming a priori non-knowledge.
      • Intervene as players of reciprocal influence in the patient/client ecosystem.

      • Know the basics of psychopathology.

      • Conduct a systemic intervention based on an appropriate intervention strategy to help the patient resolve a life difficulty that is causing them problems or achieve a specific objective.
      • Describe the dysfunctional and pathogenic regulatory dynamics associated with the most common disorders (self-to-self, self-to-others, and self-to-the-world) using the patient's perceptual and reactive processes to guide intervention strategy the most effective and efficient.
      • Receive the patient in his environment, his relationships and his subjective singularity.
