      This 4-session module presents the fundamental elements of the systemic model and its main strategic characteristics. 

      The systemic and strategic approach

      It is based on an intervention method developed by the School of Palo Alto and developed by its current research centers. Its specificity and originality are:

      • to know how to understand the complexity of human relationships and take a biopsychosocial vision on the relational problems which develop in ever more volatile, unpredictable, complex and ambiguous contexts. 
      • to be strategic in terms of relational regulation by relying on 2 essential techniques which are problem solving and strategic communication, which make it possible to reduce the complexity of a relational situation without distorting it and to obtain effective operational effects and sustainability in resource development and problem solving.

      Description

      The module “ The systemic paradigm applied to the context of education ” includes 12 hours of courses, divided into 4 sessions and approximately 12 hours of personal work. It presents the fundamental elements of the systemic model and its main strategic characteristics. Thanks to practical exercises based on real sessions or case studies, you will have the opportunity to experiment with the key concepts of the approach and to apply it on the intervention grid.

      • 100% online, it alternates face-to-face half-days including individual or sub-group work time.
      • it is provided by specialized international trainers from the clinical world, business, scientific research and universities.

      Openings/specialization

      The Module “ The systemic paradigm applied to the context of education ” allows you to initiate knowledge and an alternative systemic and strategic vision of relational regulations in the formation and resolution of psychological and relational problems.

      This additional cross-cutting contribution is transferable to different types of activities and functions of support, education and helping relationship professionals or stakeholders in the clinical world.

      Deploy a systemic and strategic vision in your current or future practice of resolving relational and psychological problems.

      Skills acquired at the end of the training

      • shed light on the specificities of a systemic and biopsychosocial vision in the light of the contributions of systems, cybernetics and information theories with a view to describing in a dynamic and interactional way a problematic situation of an individual in his daily life (in his personal or professional sphere)
      • identify the potential for a systemic and strategic intervention, using the intervention grid of the approach from the Palo Alto school, in order to acquire a method of solving relational and psychological problems
      • identify the levers of voluntary change using the concept of solution attempts in order to reduce the complexity of a relational and psychological problem without distorting it

      Target audience and prerequisites

      Prerequisites: 

      • Baccalaureate standard
      • Correct command of French (being able to express oneself orally and in writing)
      • Commitment to practicing intervention sessions
      • Digital prerequisites:
        • Have a computer (with camera and microphone) and a phone in good working order
        • Have a regularly used email address
        • Have internet access with sufficient speed (videoconferencing, video playback)
        • Have a place suitable for monitoring the training
        • Know how to use basic digital tools: internet, messaging, search engine
        • Know how to use word processing tools, spreadsheets and presentation tools (power point type)

      Trainers

      Claude de SCORRAILLE : Psychologist, psychotherapist and co-founder of LACT, of which she is the president. She runs the OCD and Anxiety Disorders Clinic in partnership with the European center the OCD Clinic. She teaches and trains via the web at the relationship clinic within the international school LACT. Within the CSAPA of Montreuil, she has a consultation specializing in addiction disorders and supervises the team. She is the co-author of several books and regularly gives conferences.

      • Live distance courses integrating simulations, role-playing, exercises and case studies to promote the participation and involvement of all students and interaction with teachers

      • Personalized Moodle account including course videos and educational animations, course materials, documentary bases and all types of educational documents, review exercises, accessible 24/24

      Assessment and follow-up

      Obtaining the certificate for this module requires: 

      • to have passed 75% of the homework to be done outside of class (MCQ, videos, homework, collaborative work, etc.) 
      • to have attended at least 75% of the course sessions 

      Assessment of student satisfaction

      At the end of the training, a satisfaction questionnaire will be completed by each participant so that they can assess the relevance of the content of the training with regard to their professional practice and the achievement of their objectives.
