Your situation
For some time now, you have been feeling increasingly tired and worn out in your work . You spare no effort and work tirelessly to meet all the imperatives and deadlines on time, but you feel that the task is endless and that basically it all doesn't really make sense anymore...
You can no longer concentrate properly on your work, you are constantly confronted with your fatigue and your disappointment at not being able to do things as well as you would like. Obligations follow one another at work and this begins to affect the balance of your personal life in the long term.
Depending on your case:
- you hear yourself saying to yourself: I have to hold on , I have to hold on, but you no longer see how you are going to do everything that is expected of you correctly;
- those around you find you tired , irritable, too stressed and ask you to take a step back, to rest, which seems impossible and inappropriate for the moment given your workload;
- you find yourself struggling against your lack of concentration, your disgust at the situation, your discouragement , your resentment against your professional entourage who sees nothing and who proves incapable of helping you;
- you realize that no one can really understand your situation and you feel totally stuck
- you give up considering anything other than continuing to do the maximum , because for the moment no other scenario seems possible to you!
Problem-solving team and methodology
They are psychotherapists, psycho-practitioners or occupational psychologists.
They are graduates of the school of Palo-Alto , in systemic approach and brief therapy.
In the service of the resolution of complex problems, they participate through action in “well-being” and “better living” by stopping what are called attempts at solutions .
Claude de Scorraille
Co-founder and psychologist at LACT
Graduate in clinical psychology of work (CNAM, Paris) and psychotherapist trained in the interactional and strategic approach as well as in conversational hypnosis (IGB). I have been applying the Palo Alto model for over 10 years. The suffering at work and the management of "difficult" personalities are at the heart of my current missions. I was a research associate at IGB and in charge of IGB Paris for 2 years. I also practice brief therapy in my office for personal situations (family problems, depression, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders...).
Grégoire Vitry
Co-founder, systems scientist, Doctor-researcher in psychology at LACT
For more than 10 years, I have been carrying out coaching and consulting missions in business strategy.
I was thus able to see to what extent the acceleration of information, excess media coverage and the degraded economic context contribute to opening “relational” wounds which sometimes do not heal. This is why today I created LACT to help companies and their employees to think about their problems and improve the quality of life at work. Olivier Brosseau
Associate and systems engineer at LACT
Trained in the interactional and strategic approach of Palo Alto (IGB graduate), specialized in the development of relational resources, I work in the field of regulating psychosocial disorders (harassment, burn-out, depressive states), change management, conflict management and training focused on the issues of psychosocial risk prevention, within companies and public institutions.
