We have Polyphemus, as the embodiment of another attempted solution. Polyphemus is the cyclops who reigns over his territory. What interested us about him is that he is a person who has vision with only one eye, who therefore has an ability to see his situation in a fairly rigid way with little relief and amplitude.
It is therefore in hypervigilance, it tries to protect its territory and will tend to attack at the slightest sign of overflow.
He will therefore challenge the one he thinks as illegitimate and he will possibly punish the traitors, such as for example the colleagues who can be perceived as traitors. Thus, everything is perceived with a system of over-reactivity to denounce, to judge all the toxic intentions of the management, on the basis of an aggressive paranoid profile (you also have depressive paranoia); on this logic of aggressive paranoia, there is always a small part of truth, and of a grain of sand they make a mountain of it, it is very destabilizing.
