After 20 years of managerial experience in the field of consulting, communication and human resources, I created in 2005 QUINTESSIA, a firm specializing in supporting change in people and organizations.

Since that time I have never ceased to perfect myself and enrich my know-how to better support the evolution of people and companies.
Giving meaning, offering new perspectives, opening up to different working methods, bringing energy and harmony, rediscovering happiness at work are the red threads of my interventions in business.
I have developed a humanistic and positive approach to support people and companies step by step in all their transformations.

Working alone or with partner coaches, trainers and consultants who share my values, my interventions are flexible and adaptable to various issues. I mainly work in 5 areas of activity:

- Coaching of senior executives to develop leadership and relational effectiveness
- Coaching and team support to strengthen cohesion and develop collective intelligence
- Management and communication consulting to share values ​​and give meaning to action
- Training to develop talents and know-how and enrich everyone's skills
- Support for expatriation and any form of professional or personal transfer to succeed in periods of transition or change of life.

9 years in expatriation allowed me to confront the challenge of intercultural management (cross management) and to open myself up to support encompassing the particularity of multi-cultural teams in France or abroad.

Trained by a French school and an American school in coaching, I am a member of the international Coach Federation whose ethics I share.

I am subject to regular supervision.
