      I am Christophe PAVIE, I have initial training as a dietician-nutritionist.
      But it was in the 2000s that I discovered Brief Therapy at the Grégory Bateson Institute. A passion had just been born, which will never leave me.

      More recently and keen to continue training to offer the best possible care to my patients, I took up, with great pleasure, a training cycle thanks to the LACT school. I obtained a Clinical Masters in brief systemic and strategic therapy. The marriage of these two skills: psychotherapies and nutrition, led me to take care of patients requiring help in one or the other, or in both of these areas: chronic

      stress
      depression
      , anxiety,
      eating disorders and /or weight loss
      phobias, panic attacks
      post-traumatic stress disorders
      relationship problems
      etc…
      For over 20 years I have continued to train to offer patients who confide their problems to me the best possible care.

      Together we understand and then overcome their difficulties, their pain, in an efficient and sustainable way (on average: 5 to 10 sessions). I carry out my activity in my office (Jonzac and Mirambeau) and via video where I take care of children, adolescents and adults.
