Founder of Leading Change+, she puts, since 2011, her audacity, her enthusiasm and her understanding of the interactional issues of the company and its actors at the service of the overall development of leaders, managers and their organizations. She accompanies individuals and teams in the increased understanding of their relationship to themselves, to others and to the world, in the definition of personal and organizational visions, as well as in the creative and strategic resolution of the relational difficulties they encounter in order to give back to people. and sense and freedom of action systems.
