After a literary baccalaureate, I followed a theatrical course and studied psychology.
I then discovered the formation on the occasion of a replacement at short notice by calling on all my theatrical know-how and my creativity and I then obtained a great success which encouraged me to develop this way which I refine for nearly thirty years. Specialized in interpersonal relations within companies, I mainly rely on Roggerian Listening and Transactional Analysis, then more recently the Strategic Systemic Approach. At the same time, I worked on myself, through an approach based on emotional dynamics and several analytical therapies (Freudian and Lacanian). In addition, the creation of filmed educational materials led me to move very quickly behind the camera.
I won several prizes with my short films, made for TV, and wrote and shot dozens of institutional films, mini-comedies in which I made humor a key vector of pedagogy. Today I carry out my consulting and training activity alongside a writing job. I also manage the JJA firm, of which I have been one of the main contributors since 1999.
Today, my experience of group interventions encourages me to be just as interested, and increasingly so, in individual issues. Also, given this background, becoming a therapist seems to me a natural step in my professional development.
