VOCATIONAL TRAINING CONTRACT
in application of articles L.6353-3 and following of the Labor Code
Between the undersigned :

Represented by Mr. Grégoire VITRY, Director,
registered under the declaration of activity number 22 60 02867 60 with
the Prefecture of Picardy
Referred to as the training organization
And

hereinafter referred to as the intern.
Article 1: object
In execution of this contract, the training organization undertakes to organize the training action entitled:

Article 2: Nature and characteristics of the training action
The training program appended to this contract defines:
- The teaching action
- The objective of the teaching action
- The sanction of the follow-up of the training (issuance of a certificate, a certificate or a diploma)
- The duration in hours of the teaching action
By signing this contract, the student expressly acknowledges having previously read the attached program which he or she accepts.
Article 3: Level of prior knowledge necessary before starting training
The student expressly acknowledges having been informed of the level of prior knowledge required to follow the teaching action, the subject of this contract, as specified and recalled in the attached program.
By signing this contract, the student confirms that their level of knowledge complies with the prerequisites required by this teaching action.
Article 4: Organization of teaching action
The teaching action program annexed to this contract also indicates:
- The training schedule
- The name, titles, diplomas and references of teachers
- The educational and technical means implemented to ensure the teaching action
- Methods for evaluating the student's knowledge and satisfaction throughout the training
- The means implemented to ensure proper follow-up of the training by the student
By signing this contract, the student expressly acknowledges having previously read the terms of organization of the training action as specified in the attached program.
Article 5: Withdrawal period
From the date of signing this contract, the trainee has a period of fourteen days to withdraw.
The student wishing to withdraw informs the training organization by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
If the student withdraws within 14 days, no sum can be claimed from him and the contract will be deemed never to have been signed and will be void.
Article 6: Financial provisions
The price of the teaching action is indicated in the program in the appendix and appears as an amount including tax.
At the end of the withdrawal period, the student undertakes to pay the cost of the training according to the method chosen in their registration request, namely:

Article 7: Interruption and postponement of teaching action by the organization
In the event that the services are postponed or canceled due to the teaching organization, the student is informed, in writing, of the modification or cancellation of the teaching activity.
He can then opt for the reimbursement of the deposits already paid to the educational organization or for the postponement of the service to a later date. The educational organization reserves the right to terminate the teaching action in the event of failure to pay any sum owed by the student under this contract, upon the expiration of a period 8 days from receipt of a formal notice addressed to the trainee which remains without effect. In this case, this contract will be terminated at the sole fault of the trainee and the balance of the sums due will become immediately due.
Article 8: Termination by the student
The student can terminate the contract at any time.
In this case, only the services actually provided on the day of termination are remunerated in the appropriate proportion of their value provided for in this contract. Termination is done by email accompanied by a RAR letter.
Article 9: Acceptance of the annexes to the contract (detailed program, general terms and conditions and internal regulations)
The student acknowledges having read the annexes to the contract, namely the detailed and complete program of the teaching action covered by this contract, the general conditions of sale of the educational organization as well as its regulations interior.
He acknowledges having also read articles L 221-5 of the Consumer Code and L 444-8 of the Education Code reproduced below in the appendix
Article 10: Dispute resolution and mediator
For any dispute relating to the execution of this contract and its annexes, amicable settlement will be preferred. Accordingly, the party having a grievance will send a RAR letter to the other to explain it.
For one month from this dispatch, except in a duly substantiated emergency, the parties must seek an amicable solution.
The student can also contact the mediator at the following email address .
If the dispute cannot be resolved within this period or after failure of mediation, it may be referred to the competent court.
