Terms and conditions 

The Lact company is launching a promotional operation called “Ambassador” for its students in the form of a flat discount of 300 euros. This operation starts on July 1, 2024 and ends on December 31, 2024.

Scope

The credit of 300 euros is granted to the “Ambassador” for any new student registering for year-round training (the minimum amount of which is 3,000 euros) through him. The new registrant must not have previously been a student at Lact.

The “Ambassador” credit applies to training listed in the Lact catalog.

A new registrant can only have one “Ambassador”. “The Ambassador” can recommend a maximum of 2 new registrants.  

Billing

These 300 euros will be the subject of a credit invoice issued by Lact as soon as the new registrant has paid their first monthly payment; this asset is linked to the training of the “Ambassador” student.

Dispute, litigation

Once the credit invoice has been issued, the beneficiary of the training or the financier will not be able to submit any claim to Lact.

“The Ambassador” cannot claim any rights of any nature whatsoever in the context of this operation.

Any dispute or dispute will be decided by the Beauvais Commercial Court.
